Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. Samko Party Services 1655 Dundas Street East UNIT 1, Mississauga, ON L4X 1L5, Canada. We charge competitive shipping cost depending on size, distance, delivery time and day of week. After your order is placed, shipping charge based on your order details will determined and a final invoice will be sent you. Shipping is not calculated during the checkout.

Alternatively, if you wish to pick up your shipment, please select the “pickup” option at checkout.

Discounts

Volume Discounts. Orders with greater than 50% deposit qualify for the following discounts:

  • 3% Volume Discount on Orders $25,000 +
  • 2% Volume Discount on Orders $10,000 – $24,999
  • 1% Volume Discount Order $5,000 – $9,999

Final Quantities & Changes

Final quantities and changes must be in 21 days prior to your party date. Rush service charges will be applied otherwise.

For holiday party orders, the orders are final by October 1st, in order for us to effectively process all orders during our busiest time. Additional orders received after October 1st are processed separately with additional shipping charge.

Returns

Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced or credited at full value up to 30 days from the date of your party. Please call our customer service to report any claims.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your party date. Prepaid to our warehouse. All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied with proper documentation for a 100% credit up to 20% of the order. All returns over 20% will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Payments

We accept Electronic Fund Transfer, Company Cheque & 2.5% service charge will be applied on Visa / Master / AMEX Card payments.

Deposits and Final Payments

A minimum 50% deposit is required when placing an order online. Balance is due 10 days after your Party Date. Late payment charges apply after your due date. 1.5% per month (Compounded to 19.56%) of the unpaid balance will be calculated from your due date. Any orders placed after October 1st will require 100% deposit.

Cancellation Fee

A $250 fee will be applied for any cancellations. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we can’t stop delivery and you cannot cancel it.

Receipt of goods

Customer Service must be contacted within 48 hours after receiving your order, if a problem is to be rectified prior to your event or party.
